Pam Laricchia

Mulling over how you might pull a conference together in your neck of the woods?

Self-professed "conference junkie," Kathryn Baptista, shares her experience gained while planning two unschooling conferences: the 2004 Live and Learn Conference and the 2006 Northeast Unschooling Conference.

Kathryn shares hints and tips on conference planning, reminding her readers, "Asking for something before the contract is signed is called 'negotiating"—asking after the contract is signed is called 'begging.'"

Pam Laricchia is moving into high gear for the second annual Toronto Unschooling Conference, taking place this May 19-20th.

In her article, "Bringing the 2006 Toronto Unschooling Conferene to Life," Pam shares her conference planning process, from finding dates and venues to planning programs and room set ups.
